Before Entering

• Sign in using the Mantacus visitor system.
• Identify the Mantacus employee you are visiting.
• Follow instructions provided by your host or Mantacus security personnel.
• Remain within areas authorised for your visit.

While in the Office

Visitors must not enter card-controlled or restricted areas unless specifically authorised.

Please do not:

• follow an employee through a controlled door without authorisation;
• open or enter restricted rooms;
• photograph or record documents, screens, work areas, access-control devices, or other sensitive information without permission;
• connect personal equipment or storage devices to Mantacus systems;
• access unattended documents or equipment; or
• attempt to obtain information unrelated to the purpose of your visit.

Electronic Devices

Phones, laptops, tablets, smart watches, cameras, recording devices, and other electronic equipment may be subject to restrictions in designated areas. Follow instructions from your host or the Facility Security Officer.

Information

The Mantacus visitor system is for ordinary, unclassified visitor administration only. Do not enter classified information, controlled information, sensitive government program information, security-clearance information, passwords, access credentials, or other sensitive information into the visitor system.

Classified Visits

A visitor sign-in does not authorise access to classified information or restricted areas. Any visit involving access to classified information must be arranged and authorised separately through the Mantacus Facility Security Officer before classified access occurs.

Emergency or Security Concern

Immediately notify your Mantacus host if you:

• lose your visitor badge;
• become separated from your escort where an escort is required;
• accidentally enter a restricted area;
• observe suspicious activity; or
• believe you may have seen or received information you were not authorised to access.

When Leaving

Please sign out through the visitor system and return any temporary badge or credential issued for your visit.
